§ 6-41. Closing hours.

  • (a)

    All licenses. The closing hours for all premises licensed for sale of alcohol beverages shall be as provided in Wis. Stats. ch. 125 except where more restrictive hours are set forth in this section.

    (b)

    "Class A" retailers. Between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any premises for which a "Class A" license or permit has been issued, no alcohol beverage shall be sold or furnished to any person nor shall such premises be open unless otherwise allowed by law.

    (c)

    "Class B" retailers. Between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. on any premises for which a "Class B" license or permit has been issued, no alcohol beverage shall be sold or furnished to any person in an original unopened package, container or bottle or for consumption away from such licensed premises.
